Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change. You are eligible for a full refund if:

You cancel your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from taking place. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to yneteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."

Provide Details: Include your full name, the date and time of your scheduled consultation, and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds are not available in the following situations:

No-shows: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice or a valid reason.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your consultation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the consultation after booking.

Additional Notes

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
