Cancellation: You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹50.

Your Next Edit and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the consultation services provided.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of Delhi. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
If any dispute arises from these Terms & Conditions, the parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Your Next Edit reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms & Conditions or failure to make payment. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for unused consultation time.
